Most of our products are available as a download. 2Checkout.com is the retailer for Snowflower Music and will process the order and then send us the okay to send you the download links. Usually this process only takes a couple of hours but, sometimes it may take longer (up to 24 hours). For tangible products (CDs,etc.), we will ship via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail)usually within 24 hours. If the order is received on a weekend or holiday, the product will ship on the next business day following. Please allow up to 5 business days for the product to arrive.PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept Purchase Orders (POs) from governmental agencies and schools based here in the United States. Here's how it works:
You browse our site and find the item(s) that you want to purchase. Write down the item's catalog number, its title, price, and, if a tangible item (CDs, anything shipped), the shipping/handling fee. Submit these details on a PO from your agency sent to:

Upon receipt of the PO, we will process the order. You will be sent a link (via email) to download your items. Tangible items such as CDs, will be shipped via USPS (First-Class or Priority Mail).
We will then bill your agency (via email)for the amount due. Upon receipt of our invoice, payment is expected within 15 days. You can pay by organization check OR by organization credit card. The check will be processed by us through normal banking. 2Checkout.com, Inc. is the authorized retailer of Snowflower Music products and services. So, if paying by credit card, our product will be purchased from them on their secure server. NOTE: if you are paying by credit card, please indicate that on your PO, so that we can have 2Checkout bill you directly.
